There's more to buying a spectrophotometer than just acquiring
an instrument and LAT’s engineers can offer a full technical
support package. There is a choice of standard service contracts
to meet your needs and budget, although of course support
packages can be readily devised to cover multiple installations
or particular applications. Unless otherwise stated, all of
our call-outs can be arranged within 48 hours. Recognising
that some of our customers need to have instruments working
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have developed our Premier
Plus package.

This provides one preventative maintenance visit per year, together with a full instrument calibration and certification. A charge is made for all replacement parts.

Preventative Plus
This provides one preventative maintenance visit per year, together with a full instrument calibration and certification and includes plus an additional one day call out (at 48 hours notice) if required. A discount is given on renewal of the contract if the call out option has not been used. Any further visits will be charged and a charge will be made for all replacement parts.

Premier
This provides one preventative maintenance visit per year, together with a full instrument calibration and certification. Unlimited call outs at 48 hours notice are also included. All replacement parts will be supplied free of charge (except consumables).

This package covers the needs of customers who need to operate 24/7. In addition to an annual preventative maintenance visit together with calibration and certification, there is unlimited call out within 24 hours. All parts except consumables are also included.
